Always make sure you have adequate equipment to tackle icy conditions such as ice axe and #crampons. Make sure your map and compass work is on point, and you have sufficient survival equipment and spare clothing should the worse happen.

Had a great 3 day course with Neal and Brad who were the instructors , learned loads of good techniques on navigation , fire lighting , shelter building and loads more finished off with an excellent wee refreshing dip in a nearby gorge . This is the place to come if your serious about outdoor survival. Cheers guys
